By using LostLobby, you agree to use the platform in good faith and follow these terms, privacy rules, and community guidelines. LostLobby exists to help people reconnect with old gaming friends through gamertags, usernames, games, platforms, and gaming eras.

LostLobby is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Microsoft, Xbox, Sony, PlayStation, Nintendo, Valve, Steam, Blizzard, or any other gaming company or platform. All trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners. References to games, platforms, and eras are for identification purposes only.

You may only post gamertags, usernames, and information that you have the right to share. Do not post personal information about others without their consent. Do not impersonate other people. Do not post content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, spammy, misleading, or illegal. Keep callouts genuine — this platform exists for real reconnections, not spam.

LostLobby is a respectful community. We do not tolerate harassment, hate speech, threats, abuse, impersonation, spam, scams, or misuse of the platform. Callouts and profiles that violate these rules may be removed. Repeat or serious violations may result in account removal. If you see something that violates these rules, please report it.

LostLobby collects only what is necessary to operate the platform. This may include your email address, account login information, profile details you choose to provide, gamertags, usernames, platforms, games, regions, years active, bios, callouts, signals, reports, and basic technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, pages visited, and site activity.

We use this information to create and manage accounts, display profiles and callouts, help users search for old gaming friends, send account or platform notifications, prevent spam and abuse, improve the website, respond to support requests, and keep the platform safe.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising. We may share limited information with trusted service providers that help us operate LostLobby, such as hosting providers, database providers, authentication providers, analytics tools, email tools, support tools, and payment processors.

If LostLobby accepts donations, payments, or paid features, payment information may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, Ko-fi, PayPal, or similar services. LostLobby does not store full credit card numbers on its own servers.

Some information you choose to post, such as gamertags, usernames, platforms, games, years active, regions, profile bios, and callouts, may be visible to other users or visitors. Do not post private information that you do not want others to see.

We use reasonable security practices to help protect user information, including HTTPS, account authentication, access controls, and trusted third-party service providers. However, no website or online service can guarantee perfect security.

We keep information as long as needed to operate LostLobby, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and improve the platform. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your account information, subject to legal, security, and anti-abuse limitations.

LostLobby uses preset emoji avatars only. No custom image uploads are permitted. This is intentional — to protect users from impersonation, copyright issues, and inappropriate content.

LostLobby is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

LostLobby makes no guarantees about finding specific people. The platform facilitates discovery but cannot control whether the person you are looking for has joined or will join. Use this platform in good faith.

These terms and privacy rules may be updated from time to time. Continued use of LostLobby after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
